Digital Marketing Specialist

Quick Rundown

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. This role plays a key part in enhancing brand awareness, driving web traffic, and acquiring leads/customers through various digital channels.

What You’ll Do
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Optimize content for the website and social‑media platforms to improve SEO/SEM performance
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation and A/B testing
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and other teams to ensure cohesive branding
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Manage and maintain the company’s website, including content updates and landing page creation
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI for all digital marketing activities
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices
  • Experience with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign)
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and content management systems (CMS)
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Creative mindset and attention to detail
