A fast-growing fashion house is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead all digital activity in-house. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands‑on, data‑driven marketer to drive performance across CRM, paid media, content, social, and affiliate channels during a pivotal stage of growth.


You’ll be responsible for building and executing a cohesive digital strategy that enhances brand presence, boosts customer engagement, and drives commercial results. Day‑to‑day, you’ll manage high‑performing Klaviyo automations, oversee paid activity across Meta and Google, collaborate with content creators to deliver on‑brand assets, and bring together campaigns that deliver real impact. You’ll also support social and affiliate activity, guide creative direction, and manage an annual media budget of around £500k. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you’ll build dashboards, analyse customer behaviour, and continuously optimise performance across all touchpoints.


This role offers the autonomy to shape digital operations, streamline previously outsourced functions, and play a key part in the brand’s next phase of expansion. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in digital marketing within luxury fashion, premium retail, or a fast‑paced DTC environment. Strong Klaviyo expertise, hands‑on Meta and Google Ads experience, and confidence working with content workflows are essential. You’ll bring an analytical mindset, a collaborative approach, and the ability to thrive in a lean, entrepreneurial setting.
