Job description

We are a growing company in the financial services sector focused on helping customers get access to credit in a fast, easy and transparent way and we aim to help our customers to transition to lower cost borrowing options.

The high-cost short-term consumer credit market is currently evolving at a rapid rate. We always strive to keep up with the latest developments in FinTech and integrate technology into our services in order to improve customer experience and satisfaction, and to reform internal processes.

The company was set up in 2012 to help customers access credit, then added a loan comparison website to offer consumers more choice and inform them about lower prices available in the market. We now also operate its latest lending product which leverages its existing technology and analytics to serve customers at mid cost rates even if they had previously only had access to high cost credit.

While currently still new to market, with time, this can become the solution that helps customers bridge the gap and transition from higher cost alternative credit to mainstream borrowing.

The company is focused on growing all of its brands and pursuing its customer focused strategy of helping people access lower cost credit.

The Role

Customers are at the heart of everything we do and we know there is a huge demand for responsible credit options from people who are currently unable to borrow from mainstream lenders. We need your help to reach them.

You will work with passionate colleagues that love the work they do and we will expect the same commitment from you.

This will be a great role for an experienced Digital Marketer looking to take the next step in your career and build an inhouse Digital Marketing function which you will then lead.

The Candidate

We are looking for an exceptional individual to work within a small cross-functional team in our central London office who will help generate sustainable business growth. The role has huge growth potential within an expanding business and the possibility to grow with the team, playing a crucial role in taking the company to a new level.

Key candidate requirements for the role:

  • 2+ years experience in a Digital Marketing team with a significant amount of exposure to UK financial services, preferably within an FCA regulated consumer business and ideally in consumer lending.
  • Detailed knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush or Ahrefs. You must be a proven expert with these tools. High level knowledge and ability to run basic reports will not be sufficient.
  • Expertise across the range of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing and content marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing successful digital campaigns with measurable results.
  • Have a clear plan for building and running a successful inhouse Digital Marketing function.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be a results driven individual able to work in partnership with other business functions to pursue company goals.
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field will be a plus.
The Benefits
  • Regular salary reviews and discretionary annual bonus
  • 25 days holiday
  • Hybrid working
  • Enhanced pension contributions
  • Friendly team who arrange frequent team lunches and dinners
