Location : Manchester City Centre - Hybrid (1-2 days per week in office)

Are you a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager with strong performance marketing expertise and a passion for making a difference?

This Manchester City Centre–based charity-sector organisation is looking for a driven marketer to take ownership of digital growth and lead performance marketing activity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands on with campaigns and wants their work to contribute to meaningful social impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing and optimising paid advertising across Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Being highly hands on with campaign setup, optimisation and performance tracking
  • Using data to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment
  • Monitoring website performance metrics and identifying opportunities to improve conversions
  • Working on email marketing strategy, including automation and audience journeys
  • Supporting wider digital activity such as content and organic visibility
What we're looking for
  • Strong performance marketing background
  • Proven experience running paid social and PPC campaigns directly
  • Confidence working with platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Comfortable working with website analytics and conversion data
  • A practical, proactive approach and willingness to “roll sleeves up”
  • An interest in or motivation to work within the charity sector
