B2B Digital Marketing Lead required for City based Fintech co.

Great opportunity for experienced Digital Marketeer to lead on all things digital within the marketing team of global, privately owned, Fintech co.

THE COMPANY

Our client offers Financial Data & Operations Solutions, helping major financial institutions and enterprises manage and optimise complex data and post-trade operations. HQ is London but they operate globally and are still privately owned.

THE ROLE

This is a brand new role within the marketing team. A Digital specialist is now required to significantly increase the company's digital footprint. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will offer insight, proposals and then implement new digital marketing initiatives, so is both a strategic and hands‑on role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across all digital platforms.
  • Manage and optimise target campaigns for AI, SEO, GEO.
  • Email, social media, display advertising, and content marketing.
  • Analyse performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. product, sales) to create cohesive marketing messages.
  • Manage digital marketing and agency budgets to ensure ROI.
  • Operate as a collaborative marketing team member and be the go to for all things digital when it comes to campaign activity.
About You

A strong grasp of current digital marketing tools and strategies is required, including the ability to lead integrated digital marketing efforts. Experience of SalesForce and Pardot metrics/reporting are a must have, as is customer data and campaign performance measurement. You will come from a B2B background, ideally from F/S, Tech or Data industries. You must be fluent in English and have the right to work in the UK.

Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 per annum
