You'll play a pivotal role in leading the design and launch of a brand‑new, unified website – consolidating multiple subsidiary sites into one powerful platform that meets regulatory standards and showcases our organisation at its best. Typical Day / Responsibilities
A typical day might look like:
- Designing and laying out digital publications and marketing materials
- Leading website design and content management (full CMS skill set required)
- Creating and scheduling social media content and reels for Acis Group channels
- Managing and optimising all digital platforms to increase engagement and conversions
- Overseeing and supporting Acis Students and Acis Communities teams with their social channels
- Developing and designing online customer communications (Home News, Your Voice, MyAcis – online customer portal)
- Training teams on digital tools such as Your Voice, Mailchimp and CMS platforms
- Managing online campaigns, including Pay Per Click activity
- Refreshing and optimising digital platforms, including live chat and MyAcis growth
- Tracking and analysing digital marketing performance metrics and using insights to improve strategies
- Working cross‑departmentally to align digital marketing efforts with business priorities
- Supporting CRM integration and automation for personalised customer experiences
- Leading the unified website project from planning through to launch
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing and design roles
- Strong knowledge of CMS platforms and website management
- Experience creating and managing social media content, including video and reels
- Skilled in digital design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar)
- Ability to analyse data and report on digital performance metrics
- Understanding of CRM systems and digital automation
- Experience managing online campaigns, including PPC
- Project management experience for large‑scale digital initiatives
