Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and creative individual to help maintain and improve our website, manage social media and provide excellent customer support.

Responsibilities

• Update website content and promotions
• Prepare newsletters via Mailchimp
• Create banners, promotional materials, and product photography
• Process online orders and support customers by email, chat, and phone
• Assist in-store / back office preparing / packing orders and manage stock

Notes
