Job description

We're looking for a talented Digital Learning & Engagement Coordinator to join the team in ASDA House in Leeds. You will support with creation and management of digital training materials. You'll work as part team.

Role Summary

This hybrid role supports the creation and management of digital training materials hosted in the SRM platform, while also handling light-touch system administration and commercial support. The coordinator will work with internal teams and external agencies to produce engaging content and ensure commercial compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Engagement

• Create and maintain HTML-based training documents using Squidex.
• Produce and manage video content using Wistia and external recording agencies.
• Administer training modules within the SRM system (light-touch).
• Develop initiatives to improve engagement, retention, and review of training materials.
• Establish and maintain content refresh and audit policies.

Commercial Support

• Raise purchase orders and track large budget spend using SAP and other tools as appropriate.
• Conduct monthly audits to ensure vendor charges align with published price matrices.
• Liaise with commercial partners to clarify discrepancies or cost issues.

Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in HTML/CSS and digital content tools (e.g., Squidex, Wistia).
• Experience with LMS or SRM platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Basic commercial awareness and experience with procurement or PO systems.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
