A leading financial services provider is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Glasgow. This role involves guiding customers in using digital solutions, assisting vulnerable customers, and providing exceptional service. Candidates should have strong experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a caring attitude. The position offers a hybrid work model and generous holidays.

Salary Range: £23,500 - £25,000 per annum DOE+ benefits
Location: UK Hybrid - Gosforth / Glasgow area with some remote working
Contract Type: Permanent
