A public sector organisation is seeking a Digital Contracts Officer in Liverpool, focused on managing IT and digital contracts while ensuring governance, compliance, and value for money. The role involves collaboration with Legal and Procurement teams, as well as contributing to best practices in governance. Candidates should have experience in contract management and excellent communication skills. This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week in the office.
We are partnering with a forward-thinking public sector organisation who are currently looking for a Digital Contracts Officer to join their Digital Services team and support a wide range of projects across the organisation.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of managing and optimising the lifecycle of IT and digital contracts, ensuring governance, compliance, and value for money across a wide range of services. You’ll work closely with Legal, Procurement, and IT teams to oversee software licensing, supplier relationships, and contract renewals, playing a key role in shaping how digital services are delivered across the region.
You’ll also support the development of governance best practices, contribute to financial planning, and help ensure that digital assets are effectively managed and aligned with organisational goals.

Location: Hybrid – 2 days/week in Liverpool City Centre
Salary: £48,980
