  • Collaborate with various Digital Service teams to manage a diverse stakeholder environment.
  • Ensure the pace of business implementation aligns with Digital Service delivery requirements.
  • Work with both internal and external teams to ensure successful deployment into the business.
  • Oversee the end-to-end business implementation of digital services.
  • Champion stakeholder collaboration across organisational boundaries.
  • Manage robust adaptive deployment planning collaboratively across stakeholders.
  • Coach and mentor other members of the Digital Change & Implementation community.
  • Work with the Digital Service Team to develop a clear vision and strategy for deploying the Services MVP.
  • Work in partnership with stakeholders to understand and plan for benefits realisation.
  • Provide visible and effective management on Business Change deployment activities.

This role involves assisting on leading and overseeing the end-to-end business implementation of multiple digital projects with significant business impact, often managing multiple digital service deliveries concurrently.

  • Ensure the pace of business implementation aligns with Digital Service delivery requirements linked to Sprint Planning.
  • Work with both internal and external teams to ensure successful deployment into the business.
  • Oversee the end-to-end business implementation of digital services, ensuring relevant changes are delivered at a pace that meets operational stakeholders.
  • Champion stakeholder collaboration across organisational boundaries, ensuring Business Change is delivered to detailed quality requirements while adhering to agile ways of working.
  • Manage robust adaptive deployment planning collaboratively across stakeholders, establishing priorities, conflicts, and issues.
  • Take responsibility for your own learning and development, continuously improving your knowledge and skills in Change & Implementation best practices.
  • Coach and mentor other members of the Digital Change & Implementation community.
  • Work with the Digital Service Team to develop a clear vision and strategy for deploying the Services Minimal Viable Product (MVP) and associated key/major iterative enhancements to the MVP.
  • Work in partnership with the Service Team and stakeholders to understand and plan for the benefits realisation identified within the Business Case.
  • Provide visible and effective management, leading on some of the Business Change deployment activities, working with the Digital Service Team, ensuring adherence to delivering the User Needs and Business Benefits.
