A further education provider is seeking a Digital Apprenticeship Service Advisor to support the delivery and administration of apprenticeship programs in Orpington. This role involves coordinating activities with employers, ensuring accurate records, and contributing to operational decision-making. We are seeking a Digital Apprenticeship Service Advisor to play a key role in supporting the delivery and administration of our apprenticeship provision. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, detail-focused and confident working with employers and internal teams in a fast‑paced FE environment.
You will be responsible for coordinating activity across the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS), working closely with Key Account Managers, employers and MIS colleagues. Your work will ensure that apprenticeship records are accurate, compliant and up to date, enabling the College to meet funding and performance requirements. The role requires regular engagement with employers, supporting them through the DAS process and ensuring all required steps are completed correctly and on time. You will also contribute to agreed KPIs and provide accurate reporting to support operational decision‑making.
You will be well organised, comfortable managing your own workload and confident communicating with a range of stakeholders. You will understand the importance of accurate data and compliance and be able to work collaboratively across teams.
