Our Apprenticeship Programme offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience while developing essential skills for a long-term career in Digital AI.
Over the course of 16 months, you will engage in a blend of structured workplace and theoretical classroom-based learning and, where applicable, practical experience.
As a Digital & AI Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced automation and AI professionals supporting day-to-day activities such as analysing processes, preparing documentation, helping with low-complexity automation tasks and learning how automation and AI technologies operate within enterprise environments.
Location: London, Birmingham, Crewe
Start Date: February 2026
BPSS clearance: required or eligibility essential.
