Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months post-registration experience at Band 5 level in acute areas.
• HCPC registration required.
• Experience working as part of a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT).
• Experience in managing enteral feed discharges.

Responsibilities

• Provide dietetic care for general inpatient wards and outpatient clinics.
• Manage complex enterally fed patients.
• Attend MDT meetings to discuss patients' care.
• Deliver ongoing education to wards.
