A leading FinTech SaaS company is looking for a Head of DevSecOps to lead and mentor a small team. This hands-on role involves shaping and delivering the organization’s security strategy while embedding best practices in development and operations. Candidates should have proven experience in leading technical teams, extensive knowledge of DevOps and cloud security, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical teams in SaaS environments.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI / CD, infrastructure automation, and cloud (AWS).
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and governance.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders and regulated clients.
• Experience with regulated industries (Tier 1 banks desirable).
• Relevant degree and certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, AWS Security) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the DevSecOps function, embedding security into development and operations.
• Champion security strategy, policies, and controls across the organisation.
• Mentor and grow a team of DevSecOps engineers.
• Oversee infrastructure automation, CI / CD pipelines, and cloud security.
• Engage with regulated financial institutions on cybersecurity and data management.
• Drive incident response readiness and continuous improvement of security controls.
