Job summary

A charitable social landlord in Cornwall is seeking a driven Development Manager to join their Development and Sales team. The successful candidate will lead affordable housing projects from inception to delivery, collaborating with various stakeholders. Experience with all stages of the development process is required, and a DBS check along with a full driving licence is essential. Overview

Coastline is seeking a driven and experienced Development Manager to join our Development and Sales team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, customers, and colleagues to lead on the identification, procurement, and execution of top-tier affordable housing projects.

The role would be ideally suited to a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual who has experience of all stages of the development process. Experience of working within a Registered Provider setting would be an advantage, but all types of relevant transferable skills are welcome. You must be able to navigate tight deadlines and budgets, with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage your own time effectively.

While the position is primarily based in our Redruth Office, our team operates in an agile manner, affording opportunities for remote work as needed.

A satisfactory DBS check and a full driving licence are essential for this role.
