Overview

British Airways Holidays – Hybrid working (Crawley, 2 days per week).

Destination Assistant – Support the team who deliver our global portfolio of hotels. At British Airways Holidays, our Destination Team sits at the heart of what we do. From the hotels we select to partnerships we build to the destinations we bring to life, our work shapes the holidays customers book every day.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Providing high-quality administrative support to the Destination Team, working closely with individuals across the business.
  • Conducting competitor and hotel rate analysis to support commercial decisions.
  • Coordinating content with hotel partners, including online copy, images, supplier notes, and promotional material.
  • Supporting the setup of new hotel partners by checking contracts for accuracy, overseeing sign-off, and acting as the final quality check on hotel contracts and content before launch. Organising team travel for overseas partner meetings, handling all logistics.
  • Supporting systems testing, identifying issues, and helping with the implementation of new projects and tools.

Our offices are based in central Crawley and we offer hybrid working (within the UK only). Generally, this role works from our offices twice a week, with additional days as needed depending on meetings etc. Office days are coordinated so that colleagues in the same team are in the office together to collaborate in person. We usually support new colleagues in the office full time for the training period and you adopt our hybrid working model once you are fully ready.
