In this role, you will deliver desk-side support for IT users, manage inventory and logistics of IT devices, and ensure efficient resolution of IT issues. You will be responsible for facilitating communication between the IT department and users, and conducting regular checks of IT equipment. Ideal candidates will have proven IT experience and strong logistical skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an IT environment as an Operations Support Specialist.
• Experience in product, system, and service support.
• Clear communication skills and ability to travel across the UK and Ireland.

• Diagnose and resolve IT-related issues effectively.
• Ensure computers are delivered in a ready-to-use condition.
• Manage physical stock of devices and conduct inventory checks.
