A leading creative agency based in London is seeking a Mid-Level Graphic Designer to lead creative projects across digital and print. The role involves collaborating with clients to develop brand identities and campaign assets, showcasing your design versatility through a strong portfolio. You will work in a hybrid environment, encouraging innovative design solutions while mentoring junior designers. The Designer will explore and conceptualize design options and solutions in conjunction with Directors, Senior Designers and fellow Designers by evaluating design options, developing and pushing to find 'big ideas' based on design strategy and the creative brief. The Designer will develop straightforward design approaches to complex design challenges across packaging, brand development, corporate identity, mobile, digital and user experience design projects.
