Reporting to our Senior Digital Designer and working closely with our creative and regional teams, you will play an integral role in designing and executing engaging, creative concepts for the brand, across both print and digital channels. Through a great understanding of the brand vision, you will have the ability to bring new ideas to the table and provide your creative flair whilst ensuring designs remain on‑brand and align with a premium, elevated aesthetic.

Your Role Will Include
  • Creating high‑quality, accurate, on‑time, and on‑brief design assets, fully aligned with brand strategy and executed with a luxury‑level finish.
  • Championing the brand and proactively updating all evergreen brand assets according to the new brand strategy.
  • Working with the creative team to deliver creative concepts and assets for global campaigns.
  • Producing both print assets, such as posters, leaflets, and point of sale, with an expert focus on typography, composition, and layout to convey sophistication.
  • Producing digital assets, including designed social media posts and stories, website banners, and email designs, ensuring a consistent and premium digital experience.
  • Liaising with the project leads to understand briefs, adding insight and advice on timings.
  • Balancing multiple projects, responding well to criticism, taking on board and implementing feedback.
The Successful Candidate Will
  • Have a good understanding of the creative and production process from inception to delivery.
  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends and software.
  • Be passionate about beauty and skincare.
  • Be a proactive person who can deliver to strict deadlines.
  • Have high attention to detail, specifically in the application of design elements like spacing, alignment, and colour.
  • Be organised and able to work independently on a daily basis.
  • Have a deep love for typography, understanding not just selection but the nuances of kerning, hierarchy, and pairing to achieve a premium look.
  • Be digital design‑driven but still have an appreciation for the tactile and high‑quality finish of print design. Have the ability to be a visual storyteller using 2D and can translate design ideas into motion.
  • Have the ability to be a brand champion, able to apply guidelines consistently but also challenge them to bring engaging, disruptive luxury concepts.
Experience Required

2+ years in a Design role – Experience within luxury or premium consumer goods (beauty background would be a plus).

Excellent with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects.

Proven experience applying refined typography and layout principles in a professional context.

Experience with retouching product and/or model photography.
