Overview

Carbon60 is seeking a talented and experienced Design Wing Integrator to join their client based in Broughton. As the Design Wing Integrator, you will play a crucial role in leading projects and activities, ensuring technical solutions are delivered to the highest standards of performance management. The Design Wing Integrator will act as the link between Engineering and Operations, collaborating to develop co-design solutions that are suitable for the industrial system while maintaining an engineering and customer-centric perspective. You will support the prioritization of engineering responses to operational issues and manage engineering suppliers to achieve these prioritized deliverables.

Responsibilities
  • Lead projects and activities through best-in-class performance management to ensure technical solutions are right the first time and enable a full end-to-end solution for design changes.
  • Provide proactive product improvement support, which includes modifications to reduce Recurring Costs, Non-Recurring Costs, and Non-Conformances throughout the value stream.
  • Support and/or lead initiatives to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness through the application of methods, tools, processes, and other capability improvements.
  • Anticipate risks and opportunities, and manage them appropriately to deliver on time, cost, and quality while embracing change and challenge.

  • Proven experience in working with new challenges and bringing new ideas and concepts to meet business needs.
