Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe, compliant working environment in line with B.S.4163 and CLEAPSS standards.
  • Support lessons from Years 3-13, including GCSE and A-Level projects.
  • Prepare materials, operate specialist equipment (including CNC machinery), and assist pupils with practical tasks.
  • Design and produce teaching aids, demonstration models, and prototypes.
  • Keep workshops and equipment in top condition through regular maintenance.
  • Manage stock, resources, and procurement to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Help create stunning displays and exhibitions showcasing student work.
  • Maintain accurate records for health and safety audits, equipment servicing, and asset management.
