Design Technology Teacher – Resistant Materials
We are working with a thriving secondary school in Solihull seeking a passionate and skilled Design Technology Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This is a full-time, long-term position specialising in Resistant Materials, with the opportunity to inspire creativity and innovation in students across KS3 and KS4.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver lessons in Design Technology with a focus on Resistant Materials for KS3 and GCSE projects.
  • Challenge, engage, and motivate learners; encourage independent thinking, problem-solving and high standards of craftsmanship.
  • Take on full teaching responsibilities within the Design Technology department.
  • Contribute to curriculum planning, marking, and the school’s wider community.
Qualifications
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required; ECTs are welcome to apply.
