An aerospace and defense company in Bolton is looking for an Electronic Engineer to support RF seeker products. The role includes interfacing with design and manufacturing teams, resolving production issues, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. The candidate should possess a strong RF engineering background and initiative to address technical challenges. A competitive salary of up to £57,000, along with bonuses and benefits, is offered, including flexible working options and career development opportunities.
An opportunity exists for an Electronic Engineer with broad based skills, including a strong background in RF engineering, to take a key role in the design support of seeker products being produced in our manufacturing facility based at Bolton. The Seeker Division designs and develops state of the art RF and Dual Mode (RF and IR) seekers for use in guided missile programmes. The role requires a high degree of enthusiasm and a determination to work autonomously to support the delivery of products to the right standard and within the required timescales. We are looking for an Electronic Engineer with the initiative and the determination to investigate and resolve production problems. A broad-based engineering background would be essential to the role and a detailed knowledge of RF assembly and test procedures would be advantageous.

As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
