Are you a designer at heart but organiser by trade? Join our band of Design Programme Managers (DPMs), who work with the design team to ensure that products and services are delivered on time, on budget and with excellent quality. Our DPMs are advocates for the design team, helping to scope, prioritise and manage our work, supporting the day-to-day running and scaling of the team. They facilitate collaboration between Design, Product and Technology to ensure that stakeholders and designers are aligned, have visibility into the roadmap and are ready to tackle new and existing projects alike. The DPMs enable designers to spend more time designing, leading to better product and service outcomes for our customers.

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
