Job summary

A leading construction and development company in Greater London is seeking a driven Design Manager to work on prestigious high-profile projects including a £100M+ tower in East London. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of Tier 1 Major Project experience, a degree, and a full understanding of the RIBA process. Qualifications

Our client, a Main Contractor / Developer, requiring no introduction, has recently broken ground on £100m+ build project in East London. We have been asked to supply a top class Design Manager to support the Head of Design on this 40+ storey tower project.............

• Are you an experienced Design Manager with good major project know how?
• Have you worked on high rise, high profile build projects in London?

Design Manager roles & responsibilities :

• Working with the Head of Design to develop the design plan / final design solution
• Coordinating and working through various RIBA deisgn stage processes
• Maintaining company policy / best practice at all times
• Ensure the design process recognises compliancy issues, current legislation, standards and codes of practice
• Recording and communicating all design amends

Design Manager experience required :

• Minimum 5 years post qualified experience
• Tier 1 Main Contractor / Developer experience
• Major Project experience
• Degree educated
• Full understanding and experience of working the RIBA process
