Overview

We’re looking for a talented, workplace-focused Interior Architect/Architect with strong Revit skills who’s ready to take the next step in their career and transition into Design Management. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic workplace provider that’s reshaping how people experience the office life. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to develop and deliver innovative workplace design solutions. You’ll be responsible for producing and reviewing Revit-based design documentation, supporting the journey from concept through to completion, and ensuring that design intent is maintained throughout the process.

As you grow within the role, you’ll begin to take on more responsibilities typical of a Design Manager—overseeing design quality, coordinating with project teams, and managing stakeholder expectations.

You’ll join a collaborative, design-led team with a clear pathway into Design Management. You’ll have access to exciting projects, flexible working options, and ongoing professional development in a culture that values creativity, autonomy, and impact.

Responsibilities
