Certain Advantageis working in partnership with a leading aerospace organisation seeking a Design Integrator. The successful applicant will support activities and technical topics across the team, and with the wider operational / engineering stakeholders, to meet the needs of the Wide Body programmes.
What will you be doing?
The position combines technical problem-solving with project leadership, ensuring effective design solutions and supporting industrial enhancements.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to strengthen technical and leadership skills, build strong cross-functional networks, and contribute to a collaborative co-design culture. It also offers clear potential for professional growth across engineering, production, and programme functions.
Lead and manage projects with best practice methods, ensuring solutions are effective from the outset and integrated as end-to-end design changes.
Serve as a bridge between Engineering and Operations, promoting co-design practices that balance manufacturing requirements with engineering integrity and customer focus.
Identify and implement synergies across PET workstreams, reducing recurring challenges, strengthening design-for-build principles, and improving overall efficiency.
