A leading financial services company in Heald Green seeks a Design Governance Manager to ensure that design practices across projects align with organizational standards. The role involves managing architecture and design governance, working closely with Data Teams, and leading improvement workstreams in change delivery. Ideal candidates will have PMO experience and strong stakeholder management skills, fostering effective collaboration across departments. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary ranging from £56,000 to £62,000 per year.

As the Design Governance Manager, you will be the glue which, ensures that design practices across projects and products align with organizational standards, brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and strategic objectives. You will be a guardian of design quality, consistency, and compliance, often bridging creative, technical, and business teams. Similar to a Project Management role, you will be working hand in hand with our PMO team to manage projects and ensure that each team is aligned, working within governance standards, risk is correctly managed and quality standards are maintained. This role is focused on data projects and in turn, you will be working very closely with our Data Teams.
