Do you want to teach in an ambitious school with bright, engaged learners? Are you passionate about supporting all pupils, including those with SEND, to achieve their full potential? Do you enjoy helping students explore themselves and the world around them? Whether you are an experienced teacher/SENDCO or a graduate, can you bring creativity and commitment to ensure every learner thrives?
The role will commence in April 2026 or September 2026 and will support the strategic development of SEND provision across the school and contribute to ensuring high-quality teaching, targeted support, and meaningful progress for pupils with additional needs.
We are a flagship school within our Trust, offering all-through provision for pupils aged 4 to 19 on an expansive 11-acre green site. Our outstanding primary phase opened in 2013 and the secondary phase opened in September 2018. Nishkam is part of a highly successful Multi‑Academy Trust, consisting of five schools, two nurseries, and a vocational college in Kenya. We pride ourselves on an inclusive, virtues‑led, multi‑faith educational approach that nurtures pupils of all faiths and those of no particular faith. Our ethos is to help students grow a self‑less mindset, aspire to excellence, and serve others, fostering supportive communities and realizing our true potential.
Our students thrive in an environment where behaviour is exemplary, learning is engaging, and high expectations are consistently modelled. We believe in personal development programmes that teach citizenship, positive contribution to society, and an inclusive attitude towards people from diverse backgrounds.
The school environment is calm, staff are approachable and supportive, and regular professional development ensures that teaching quality remains high. Leadership is empathetic, compassionate, and encourages excellence aligned with individual ambitions.
