No two days at the hotels are the same and your responsibilities will vary daily, however as Deputy Food Services Manager you will be responsible for:

You will be responsible for:

  • The delivery of exceptional hospitality, product knowledge and standards training to Restaurant and Bar hosts
  • Support & inspire your team to deliver our unique & genuine experience
  • Have a one team approach across the site that delivers service we are proud of.
  • Help ensure our people appreciate the value of every interaction and empowering our team to grow.
  • Nail the detail. Deliver team performance by celebrating successes and learning from failures whilst always inspiring growth.
  • The smooth running of service, strong communication with the Kitchen and the restaurant bar and meetings and events team
  • Working with your team, supporting them, and have fun whilst working hard
  • Demonstrating your passion for hospitality, creating memorable experiences for others, be they guests or colleagues
  • Report effectively to Food Services Manager for everyday operations and financial and administrative records
