Responsible for leading the resourcing team to ensure that Chelsea and Westminster attracts high‑calibre talent to support short and long term workforce requirements.
Partner with managers to develop long term business strategies to support specific hard to recruit for areas, developing innovative ways to attract clinical, scientific and leadership talent.
Develop and manage the organisation's recruitment advertising strategies including social media and online presence.
Oversee and support the senior resourcing advisors with the organisation's international recruitment (IR) activities and act as a subject matter expert when required. The post holder will use their highly developed knowledge of the international labour market; sourcing strategies, visa and immigration policy and NHS Employers best practice to deliver quality international recruitment services.

Support the Resourcing Manager to make ongoing improvements to service delivery and quality standards.
Ensure high level engagement by building relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
With colleagues and external partners/customers develop and maintain clearly defined processes and standard operating procedures to help improve the performance of the resourcing service.
