Temp Programme Manager

We are currently recruiting for a temp Programme Manager to start immediately on a temp- basis- for 3 months £19‑23 an hour- Based on 35‑39K Salary

Near Tower Hill; The role is hybrid- with 2 in and 3 from home

WHO WILL YOU BE WORKING FOR?

Our client is an established non‑profit membership Healthcare organisation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
  • Support the Programme Manager in the planning, coordinating and delivering phases of the National Audit of Eating Disorders (NAED).
  • Line manage 2 Project Officers, including allocating tasks, monitoring performance and providing guidance.
  • Oversee day to day operations including data collection, validation and quality assurance.
  • Support the development of new audit cycles, data collection tools and methodologies.
  • Prepare presentations and supporting materials for stakeholder group meetings which involve clinicians, governing bodies and people with lived experience.
  • Contribute to the delivery of communication strategies, website updates and the dissemination of audit findings.
ABOUT YOU
  • Experience managing or coordinating complex projects or programmes, ideally within a healthcare, research or audit setting.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of quality improvement principles and national audit methodologies.
  • Experience conducting data collection and analysis, ideally using SPSS.
  • Ability to interpret and present data and findings in a clear, accessible way for different audiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Experience organising and supporting meetings and workshops.
  • Experience supervising or line‑managing staff, allocating workloads and supporting development.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office applications.
