Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the nursery
• Support and supervise staff, ensuring high standards of childcare and education
• Implement the EYFS framework and maintain required documentation
• Oversee safeguarding and health & safety protocols
• Build strong relationships with parents and external agencies
• Step up in the absence of the Nursery Manager

Experience / Qualifications

• 2 years in a Room Leader or Deputy Manager role
• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential)
