Responsibilities
  • As Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Home Manager with leadership, compliance, and clinical oversight.
  • You will provide nursing expertise, lead by example in delivering person-centred care, and act as the Manager in the Home Manager's absence.
