As Deputy Nurse Manager you’ll help lead a high‑performing nursing home with a Good CQC rating supporting residents living with nursing and dementia care needs. This is a chance to make a meaningful impact every day while growing your leadership career in a supportive environment.

In this Deputy Nurse Manager position you’ll play a key part in driving high‑quality person‑centred care. Working alongside an experienced management team you’ll guide clinical practice support staff development and ensure residents receive safe, compassionate and effective care. What We’re Looking For
  • Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) active NMC PIN
  • Experience working in a nursing home setting specifically with older adults and dementia care
  • Strong clinical background with senior‑level experience (e.g. Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager)
  • Confident in completing assessments, writing person‑centred care plans and managing clinical risk
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and guide a multidisciplinary team
