Delphi Care Solutions is supporting this amazing client who are now looking for an experienced, motivated, and caring Deputy Manager to join their leadership team and help continue delivering outstanding care.

The Role

As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and maintaining the highest level of care and safety. You’ll provide leadership to the care team, mentor staff, and play a key role in developing and implementing care plans tailored to each individual’s needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Registered Manager in managing the home’s operations, staff, and resources.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a skilled and compassionate care team.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Promote a positive, therapeutic environment that supports recovery and wellbeing.
  • Undertake audits, risk assessments, and quality checks to maintain high standards.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies.
  • Act as Manager in their absence, taking responsibility for decision-making and service delivery.
About You

This role requires someone with a strong background in mental health care and a genuine passion for making a difference.

Essential Criteria
  • RMN Nursing qualification.
