As the Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the home, collaborating closely with the Home Manager and multi-disciplinary teams. You will be expected to act in the best interests of residents, promote engaging initiatives, and provide guidance and coaching to colleagues.
