Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year's supervisory experience in health and social care.
  • Full working knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act, DoLS, and Safeguarding frameworks.
  • Ability to manage challenging situations effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure required resources for service users.
  • Monitor service provision for compliance.
  • Support in staff training and induction.
  • Conduct staff supervisions and appraisals.
