• You will have experience in a team leader or deputy manager role.
• You will have excellent relationship building skills.
• You will have a drive to mentor and support your colleagues.

• You will be flexible – Weekend working will be required.
• Ideally we are seeking a Romanian speaker due to the customer base of the store, however this is not a requirement.
• If you are multilingual this is an added bonus but not a requirement.
