A residential care provider in Brown Edge is seeking a Deputy Manager for its Children's Home. You will encourage strong bonds between children and staff based on jointly undertaken activities, shared daily life, domestic and non-domestic routines, and established boundaries. By role modelling our culture and ethos, you will use this approach to lead, manage and motivate your team and drive them to deliver a quality service for the children we support.
The location for this position is Brown Edge, Stoke-On-Trent. You will work 37.5 hours per week, with a working pattern of 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, however, flexibility is required to cover shifts as needed including weekends. The salary is £40,753.65 per annum.
