Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in a children’s residential setting.
• Proven ability to support young people with learning disabilities and autism.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015.

Responsibilities

• Support the Registered Manager in the operational management of the home.
• Supervise and mentor residential support workers.
• Ensure all care practices meet Ofsted Quality Standards.
