A leading children's care organization is seeking a Deputy Manager to join their team in Castle Donington. The role involves providing nurturing support and ensuring the highest quality of care for children in a residential setting. Essential qualifications include a Level 3/4 in Residential Childcare and experience in care. Competitive compensation of £34,000 - £36,000 per year with additional benefits such as paid induction training and a holiday home access.

Pay rate: £34,000 - £36,000 per annum. Sleep-ins are paid in addition to salary at £60 per sleep-in.
Hours: 2 days on, 4 days off (including sleep-ins). We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work. Rotas are given in advance.
