A leading pharmacy service provider in Leicester is seeking a Deputy Manager to oversee the operational running of their Online Prescription Service Centre. This role involves leading teams, managing HR issues, and delivering exceptional service to patients, while responding to evolving priorities. We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager to join our team within the Boots Online Prescription Service Centre where you'll have the chance to make a real difference to our customers and patients' lives. This Deputy Manager position is in a great location as it is based in Leicester city centre. The operation fulfils online prescription orders for patients nationally which are delivered to patients via postal service.
You will lead the operational running of the department and will work in partnership with local stakeholders to enable delivery of this outstanding level of service to patients nationally. Reporting to the Operations Manager and with a leadership team in your store to support you you will be responsible for delivering a strong trading performance underpinned by an exceptional operational platform.
You will also inspire your teams to engage with new priorities across the business and will interpret data trends and insights to work at pace and react to the changing needs of the customer.
