Overview

Maintain day-to-day accounting records, journals, ledgers, and vouchers.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure day to day financial operation (Cash collections, counting & deposit to Bank).
  • Ensure day to day collection through bank POS, B-kash, Nagad & others tools also
  • proper accounting treatment to be done.
  • Daily petty cash to be maintain, payment process to be maintain as per policy.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing.
  • Manage accounts payable & receivable, vendor reconciliation, and collection follow-ups.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation statements, monitor cash flow, and handle fund transfers.
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets, variance analysis, and MIS reports.
  • Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Support statutory & internal audits by providing required schedules and documentation.
  • Maintain fixed asset register and process depreciation entries.
  • Suggest process improvements and contribute to financial efficiency.
  • Preparing annual tax returns for all applicable employees and physicians of the company.
  • Supervise and guide junior team members to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Any other requirement as required management time to time.
