Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze the department's daily work to develop more efficient procedures and optimal use of resources while ensuring high accuracy.
- Manage overall Finance and Accounts activities of the company.
- Prepare Monthly Production Report, including Production Cost analysis.
- Conduct financial analysis and analytical review of organizational financial information.
- Monitor financial activities, transactions, and expenditures to ensure proper control and compliance.
- Prepare L/C-wise Accounts, monthly budgets, and forecasting reports.
- Develop day-to-day MIS Reports, order-wise costing, production, shipment, and L/C-wise status, including monthly accounts.
- Prepare Final Accounts, conduct internal audits, and manage Bank Reconciliation statements.
- Generate comprehensive Management Information Reports covering various financial issues.
- Prepare monthly receipts and payment statements.
- Maintain party ledger books and ensure proper documentation.
- Review the General Ledger on a monthly basis to ensure posting accuracy.
- Oversee and verify daily expenditures, vouchers, requisitions, and transactions.
- Supervise Fixed Assets, Inventories, Receivables, Payables, and General Accounting functions.
