Clinical Deputy Manager

£23 per hour / Southport / 39 hours per week / Ideally RMN Qualified

2 x 11 Hour shifts on floor & 2 x 8.5 hour shifts Supernumerary

About the Role My client is seeking a dedicated and clinically confident Deputy Manager to join our leadership team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse looking to step into a supportive management role within a well'‘established care environment.

You will work a combination of 2 x 11'‘hour nursing shifts and 2 x 8.5'‘hour supernumerary shifts , including some weekends.

This blend allows you to maintain hands'‘on clinical practice while also contributing to the operational and leadership responsibilities of the home.
