Provision: Children's Home, 7 to 17, EBD 3 Bed
Location: Durham
Salary: £37,800
Working Pattern: Monday to Sunday, 4 Shifts Per Week, 8am to 8pm
Reporting to: Registered Manager

Experienced Senior Residential Support worker who is looking for the next step in their career
You will form part of an experienced, professional team around a child and achieve amazing results through a unique approach to residential care, education, and therapy.
As the Assistant Manager you will be supported in your role by a Registered Manager, and a team of multi-disciplinary experts including, education specialists, therapists, and assessment leads.
Together with the Registered Manager, you will create a safe space for children to develop, learn, and flourish. You will coach, mentor, and supervise a team of Residential and Senior Residential Support Workers, ensuring YPs are fully supported to be the best that they can be, and ensuring the children’s placement plans are communicated to and understood.
