This is a high-energy Deputy Manager role at the heart of a growing padel‑led leisure club, focused on bringing communities together, getting people active, and delivering memorable sessions and events that help the club thrive.

What We're Looking For in Our Deputy Manager
  • Proven leadership skills with a strong commercial and operational mindset.
  • Energy, drive, and a genuine passion for community‑based leisure and sports such as football, padel, and tennis.
  • Confidence to be hands‑on, supporting padel sessions and club activities when needed.
  • A people‑first approach, with the ability to create a welcoming, inclusive, and social club environment.
What You'll Do as Our New Deputy Manager
  • Build and grow a thriving local padel and leisure community through engaging activities and well‑planned programmes.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages participation, repeat visits, and strong member relationships.
  • Plan and deliver events, padel sessions, and social activities that bring people together.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring high standards are maintained across the venue at all times.
  • Lead social media activity to keep members informed, engaged, and active.
