A children's services provider in Solihull is seeking a Deputy Homes Manager to lead a care team, ensuring high-quality services for children with emotional and behavioral needs. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in residential care and the ability to manage staff. This role offers a salary of up to £46,142 and additional relocation support. Salary up to £46,142 per annum. This salary includes two atypical increment payments for working an on-call rota.
Hours: 37 hours per week.
We have an exciting new opportunity for a child-focused, passionate and experienced Deputy Homes Manager to join our new Children’s Residential service here in Solihull. Whether you are currently a Deputy Manager or Team Leader in a Children’s Home looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
This is a pivotal role supporting the Registered Manager in delivering high-quality, person-centred care for children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs (EBD). You’ll play a key part in leading the care team, maintaining compliance with Ofsted standards, and ensuring that every child in our home receives the support, stability, and opportunities they need to thrive.
You will be working alongside the Registered Manager, supported by the Operations Manager / Responsible Individual in shaping and delivering the Homes Statement of Purpose, Children’s Guide, Location Risk Assessment and managing the team to achieve the standards identified within this, working in line with the Children’s Home Regulations 2015 and the Quality Standards.
